Okay, I couldn't help myself with the title, just thought it was kind of catchy...LOL
Well the Nashville Busch race is behind us but alas, the Top 5 were all full time series Cup Drivers. Thank goodness not many other cup drivers participated otherwise it would of probably been the Top 10 but some at least wanted to spend the time with their families for the Easter weekend.
Great job to Jon Wood and Burney Lamar with their great finishes, that will help in the points.
Oh, how about Kyle Busch and his moving violation ticket for squeeling his tires..LOL...following in the footsteps of his brother, at least he wasn't drinking besides Kyle is still only 20, good thing for him.
Will a Busch driver ever win one of these races? I would love to see someone besides a cup driver in the winners circle...it is only a matter of time or is it?
I remind myself of that Busch commerical that shows all the former Busch drivers morphing...then saying the drivers have changed but the racing hasn't.....well do you really think that is saying the truth? Back then was different then it is now, now it is all about the money and bringing in the crowds...Nascar at its finest!!!

If it keeps going the way it is, they won't be able to add anymore faces to that commercial, because they will all be cup drivers.
I'm telling you, if NASCAR doesn't put a stop to this soon, the Busch series will be obsolete and the farm system for NASCAR will be wiped out.
They have to do something.
I agree with ya 110% Racechick..if Nascar doesn't step in soon, it will be a thing of the past
